The only child and heir to the Shirafuji family. He has a bit of a regal look to him, but is pretty loud and excitable. Despite that he actually has a pretty mature outlook on most things. A few years back he gained some popularity for his calligraphy, but has been more private and hard to get a hold of for a while.
While he's a very high energy person, he seems really really REAAALLLY selective about who he stays close with. In fact, he seems way more detached towards people outside of his inner circle. Maybe he's just awkward with new people?

"Xo's super fun to be around, but he's also super smart. Did you know that? He knows basically everything I think probably. When we were younger, lots of people were always amazed that I knew what he was saying but he communicates just fine now. Sometimes it feels like we've flipped because he'll know what I'm thinking about without having to tell him!!! "When we go out to eat Florence doesn't say anything when I take food from his plate so despite all the mean nasty things he likes to say, he's a very nice guy!! And he buys me orange juice whenever I'm tired and he always lets me have a sip of whatever he gets whenver we buy drinks and he always buys the super big churro and gives me the other half."
"He is one of my closest friends, but for some reason I still feel like I don't know too much about him? He seems like a big deal, but he never brings it up. I can always tell when he's trying to sneak up on me though because I can hear his sandals."

general notes
- fleur is my cutest character. to me. i love looking at him
- splatoon oc, but i care so little about complying to splatoon canon, that he's just kind of wahtever at this point. splatoon oc but only when its convenient.
- mainly referred to with he/him in universe, but you can use anything i don't care.
- i say fleur has popularity, but like. it's in a very niche way like most calligraphers have. (won a few awards, been on TV, did work for brands/people/shows, etc...)
- he's so cute though, so i like to think he's slightly more popular. but that's just me. he's popular. to me.
