general notes
- splatoon oc, but i care so little about complying to splatoon canon, that he's just kind of wahtever at this point. splatoon oc but only when its convenient.
- mainly referred to with he/him in universe, but you can use anything i don't care.
- concept for him was that i wanted to make an oc that uses a rifle, but their face is completely covered, so using the scope part would be pointless but they still use it anyways.
- im very bad at consistently picking out his green from the color wheel so his green is always going to be noticeably different every time
